"They will never say the word 'epidemic,' because the second they say it out loud they have to explain why they watched it happen for forty years..."

These words sent shockwaves through men's health this month as I published what insiders are now calling "THE 90-DAY PROTOCOL THAT'S ENDING THE WAR ON MASCULINITY."

Above: Four decades of decline, vs. the moment "normal" was moved down to meet it.

Men’s Wellness Epidemic...Where’s the panic?!

Outrunning FOUR DECADES of testosterone decline, without shutting down your own production, and without a $400-a-month clinic membership, was OFF THE TABLE for men over 40. Until now.

Today, it's happening for over HALF A MILLION MEN across America. And men doing it at home, on their own, for less than the price of a tank of gas, have an industry built on managing them SCRAMBLING.

… And it explains why you can eat clean, train hard, and do all of the right things, yet you still wake up tired, soft, and foggy…

But the thing that should have triggered a viral response happened on July 17, 2017, and it went almost entirely unreported.

On that date, LabCorp, one of the two largest diagnostic laboratory companies in the United States, quietly changed what counts as normal testosterone for an adult man.

The test itself did not change: "LabCorp's current methodologies for testosterone will remain the same. The only change is for the adult male reference interval." 1

Before: 348 – 1197 ng/dL.

After: 264 – 916 ng/dL.

The floor of "normal" T fell 84 points. The ceiling fell 281.

Part of that change was legitimate laboratory work: harmonizing assays to a CDC reference standard so a result means the same thing in every lab.

However, that lower limit of 264 is not a threshold of vitality. It is the 2.5th percentile of the men they measured.

And LabCorp's own stated reason for the range dropping includes, in their words, "a difference in average subjects with higher BMIs."

The reference population got heavier.
So the definition of normal followed it down, regardless of how men were feeling.

Which means “normal” is relative, and the worse the average man gets, the wider the "fine" gap becomes.

The Numbers

  • After 40, total testosterone falls roughly 1.6% per year. 2

  • Free testosterone, the only kind the body can use, falls 2–3% per year 3

  • 38.7% of men over 45 in ordinary primary care are already under 300 ng/dL 4

  • A 55-year-old measured in the 2000s carried less testosterone than a 55-year-old measured in the late 1980s. Same age, different decade, lower number 5

That last one has nothing to do with getting older.

It's generational.

Which means "that's just what happens to men as they age" is not an explanation; it's a cover-up.

Tens of millions of men are being told they're within range. Nobody is lying to them. They genuinely are inside the lines.

They moved the lines when no one was watching.

But the bigger question is…

Why did your grandfather likely have more T than you?

A cartoon infographic titled 'The Great Testosterone Heist!' explaining factors that lower testosterone levels in a man.

Your Grandfather’s Testosterone Had Three Thieves

Cortisol

AKA your stress hormone. Competes with Testosterone for raw materials inside your body and always wins.

SHBG

A protein in your blood that binds testosterone. Bound T can't get into a single cell. So your lab reads "normal" yet you feel terrible.

Aromatase

Converts your testosterone into estrogen, quietly turning your hormones against you.The more body fat you have, the more aromatase you produce.

The Fourth Thief is the One Your Grandfather Never Met: Modern Life...And It’s Declared A Full Out War on Your Manhood

Cortisol, SHBG, and aromatase have robbed men since the beginning of time. But your body is fighting around-the-clock battles your great-grandfather never faced.

Modern life is the fourth thief, and it doesn't just steal your testosterone… It’s the arms dealer that fuels the other thieves' takeover.

Estrogen You Never Ordered

"Forever chemicals" in plastics pour counterfeit estrogen on top, compounds shaped so much like the real thing your body can't tell the difference, and starts running on estrogen you never made.

Toxins Aimed At Your T Factor

The pesticide and herbicide residues in your food attack the cells in your testes that actually build testosterone. Your factory runs slower while cortisol, SHBG, and aromatase keep taking the same cut from a smaller and smaller supply.

Food Bred for Shelf Life

Processed food is engineered to make you eat more and store more fat… and every pound of fat is another aromatase factory converting your testosterone into estrogen.

Cortisol That Never Clocks Out

Modern life keeps cortisol switched on around the clock. And since cortisol and testosterone are built from the same raw material, every hour of stress burns that raw material before your T ever sees it.

Then, you walk into a clinic, tired, weak, and looking for answers…

And walk out with a $400-a-month prescription for life.

What no one tells you: flood your body with testosterone from the outside, and it stops making its own, often for good. The T production the thieves couldn't fully shut down, you shut down yourself.

This systematic assault on male hormone production is what separates today's struggling men from previous generations who stayed strong, sharp, and capable as they age.

Above: Tongkat ali

My Colleagues Thought I was Crazy...Until I Showed Them What Happened Next

I grew up in Malaysia, where the root of Eurycoma longifolia, aka Tongkat Ali, has been used by men for generations.

It wasn’t the next viral supplement. It was ordinary knowledge, like getting enough sleep, eating nutritious food, and spending time in the sun.

The same is true of Shilajit in the Himalayas, where it's been used for centuries.

And modern research has spent decades trying to figure out why they worked… until somebody figured out that you cannot patent a root.

So Why Didn’t Anything Work?

Let’s look at what you've tried.

Single-Ingredient Boosters

Single-ingredient boosters only stop one of the thieves… and the others continue every day while you wait to feel something.

Proprietary Blends

A labelling loophole that lets a manufacturer print one total number and shortchange you on the dose.

Hormone Replacement

$400 a month to replace your testosterone from the outside while your body quits making its own, often for good. Miss a dose, and you crash.

Your body doesn't need another quick fix, and it doesn't need a “proprietary blend”. It needs all four thieves addressed at once, at the doses used in the actual research.

The Law of the Minimum (And Why What You’ve Tried Hasn’t Worked)

There's a principle in biology called the Law of the Minimum. Aka: a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

Male testosterone doesn't fail in one place. Each of the four thieves creates a weak link in the chain:

Cortisol competing for the raw material.

SHBG binding the finished hormone so you can't use it.

Aromatase converting what's left into estrogen.

And the nutrients that stopped arriving in your food decades ago.

Fix one. Leave three broken. The chain still fails in the same place.

So What Do I Actually Recommend?

For years, men asked me the same question at the end of every consultation.

So what do I actually recommend?

I had to find something that could lock in testosterone in FOUR ways,

no exceptions:

#1. It guards your testosterone's raw materials from cortisol

#2. It frees the testosterone SHBG binds up, so your body can actually use it

#3. It helps keep your testosterone from turning into estrogen

#4. It puts back the raw materials that stopped arriving in your food

Nearly every bottle failed on the first requirement alone. A "proprietary matrix" tells you nothing… And a company hiding its doses is usually telling you precisely why.

Then I saw Mars Men, and it was the first one that survived all four locks.

No pixie dust. No patent. Eight powerful ingredients. Every research-backed dose on the label.

I joined their advisory board afterward, and I'll tell you why: Every formulation discussion I sat in on was about dose. Not cost. Not flavor. Dose.

Which is the one argument nobody else in that aisle is willing to have.

You Can’t Outrun A Rigged Game

This is not a discipline problem you can willpower your way out of. It's a biochemistry problem. And biochemistry problems have biochemistry answers
I'm not going to promise you a different man in the mirror overnight, either.

What I'll tell you is this: give your body back what modern life has been stripping from it, at doses that actually do something, and let it do what it's built to do.

In other words, give it the fair fight your grandfather got, and you never did… yet.
If you're tired of doing everything right and still feeling wrong, Mars Men is where you start.

Follow the protocol for 90 days, 5 capsules every morning. If you don't feel the difference, you’ll get your money back.
