Mars Men stands behind our products and the customer experience we provide. We offer a 90-Day Higher T Guarantee on a customer’s first qualifying order only, giving customers time to try the product as directed and evaluate their experience.
90-Day Higher T Guarantee
Customers may request a return within 90 days after receiving their first qualifying order.
To qualify for the 90-Day Higher T Guarantee:

The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery

The order must be the customer’s first qualifying Mars Men order
-
The product must have been used as directed
-
Any additional bottles from a 60-day or 90-day supply must be unopened to be eligible for return

Any free gift received with purchase must also be returned to receive the eligible refund amount
The 90-Day Higher T Guarantee is limited to the first qualifying order only. It does not apply to repeat orders, subscription renewals, duplicate purchases, additional orders, or orders placed after the first qualifying order.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the approved return process will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Fee
A $7 refund processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
This fee helps cover return handling, processing, and operational costs associated with refund requests.
Fee Waiver Exceptions
The $7 refund processing fee will be waived when the refund is due to a confirmed Mars Men CX or shipping error, including but not limited to:

Wrong item shipped

Duplicate shipment caused by Mars Men

Address or order handling error caused by Mars Men

Confirmed carrier or fulfillment issue requiring CX resolution

Damaged item confirmed during review

Other verified service errors approved by Mars Men CX leadership
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Once reported, we will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. If the issue is confirmed as a Mars Men CX, fulfillment, or shipping error, the $7 refund processing fee will be waived.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on gift cards.
Sale items, promotional items, subscription renewals, repeat orders, and additional purchases after the first qualifying order are not eligible under the 90-Day Higher T Guarantee unless otherwise approved by Mars Men or required by law.

Subscription Orders
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before the next renewal date.
Subscription renewals are not covered under the 90-Day Higher T Guarantee unless the renewal is tied to a confirmed Mars Men CX, fulfillment, or shipping error.
Customers may manage their subscription through the subscription portal or contact liftoff@mengotomars.com for support.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the $7 refund processing fee unless the fee is waived due to a confirmed Mars Men CX, fulfillment, or shipping error.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
