Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes how Mars Men ("we", "us", "our") ships products purchased through mengotomars.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Germany
- Australia
International orders (Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia) are processed and delivered through our international logistics partner, OpenBorder, Inc. Additional terms may apply to these orders as described in Section 20 of our Terms of Service.
If your country is not listed above, we are unable to ship to your address at this time.
Shipping Rates
First subscription order
Your first subscription order ships free via standard shipping to all supported countries.
If you are based in the United States, you may upgrade your first order to express shipping for $20.00 USD.

All shipping fees are charged at the time the order is placed or renewed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, a duties and import fee equal to 2% of the order subtotal is automatically added at checkout. This fee covers applicable customs duties and import processing handled by OpenBorder, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.
Local sales tax or VAT may apply at checkout depending on your delivery country and will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control. Mars Men is not liable for carrier delays.
Subscription Shipments
Recurring subscription orders are shipped automatically based on the cadence you selected at sign-up. The first order in a new subscription qualifies for free standard shipping; recurring orders are charged at the rates listed above.
You can manage your subscription — including pausing, skipping a shipment, updating your shipping address, or cancelling — at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email. Please see our Cancellation Policy for further details.
To ensure changes apply to your next shipment, please update your subscription before your next renewal date. Changes made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the following shipment.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please do so before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs in this case are at the customer's expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with members of your household and your neighbours.
- Check any safe drop-off locations around your delivery address.
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number for further information.
If the package cannot be located within 5 business days of the marked delivery date, please contact us at liftoff@mengotomars.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at liftoff@mengotomars.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
